After a relationship argument is worked out, life can get back to normal, right? Sure, except sometimes for the nagging thoughts that sometimes persist even after peace has been made. These thoughts bother you, causing you to wonder how your partner could have done the things that sparked the argument in the first place, even if they did eventually acknowledge the mistake and apologize. It’s not hard to imagine how thoughts like these could be bad for your peace of mind. One interesting solution to problems like this, is to manifest the release of these thoughts physically by actually writing them down and throwing them away, physically manifesting the rejection of a thought.
