If you feel loveable, you know you bring something valuable to relationships. If you see yourself as unlovable, you struggle with relationships because you see yourself as flawed and unworthy. If you have these emotional issues, you may feel rejected or deeply hurt if your partner is unavailable or unsupportive in any way. Working for love and acceptance from your partner can become a full time job. The more loving you are to yourself, the happier you will be.
