Fighting and arguing are things that are common to almost every relationship. A couple may fight often, they may fight rarely, but fights will universally occur. That’s okay. While fighting may be put in a negative light, couples who can disagree or fight in a healthy and moderate way may find themselves better off than couples that avoid confrontation with each other. Arguments are a way of giving partners clear insight into each other, what they like or dislike, what they believe, and what their true personality is. It also keeps the relationship balanced, as there is less likely to be one partner dominating the other in a relationship where healthy confrontation takes place.
